• 500g green beans (cut to 6 cm in length)
  • Half a thinly sliced red onion
  • Half a thinly sliced grilled red bell pepper
  • handful of almonds

Dressing ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Simple but so healthy and versatile. This green beans salad is a fantastic and easy dish - it takes about five minutes to prepare it

Bring to a boil or cook the green beans. Put the green beans, red onion and boiled red pepper in a bowl. Mix the dressing and toss over the salad.
