A delicious salad snack cucumber, as an accompaniment with a hot meal. But also delicious as a main course to expand with lettuce.
Wash cucumbers, cut into thin slices and angled cut that in half lengthwise. Halve red pepper, remove seeds and chop finely. Halve the onion and cut into thin rings. Put in a high bowl 1 cup hot water. Add vinegar and dissolve sugar in it. Add red pepper, onion, crushed bay leaf, parsley and cucumber and mix it well. Season with salt. Store it in the refrigerator so the salad to cool fully and the flavors will be mixed. Delicious with fresh-spicy accompaniment to spicy oriental chicken and meat dishes with rice or noodles.
