Preparation

Wash and peel the cucumber, then cut it into 1,5 cm thick pieces (biscuits!) Put the milk and the salmon in a mixer, add the cream cheese and mix everything till you will get a thick sauce. Season with dill and horseradish. Use a pastry bag to "pipe" the sauce on top of each cucumber 'biscuit'. Finish with a whole or half tomato on top. Preparation time: approx 20 minutes
