  • 150 ml oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/3 red chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 20 ml sesame oil
  • 100 ml light soy sauce
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped

Try this tasty chili soy dressing which is easy to make and ready in a few seconds!

  • Put the garlic and red chili and the oil in a small saucepan.  
  • Let simmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Allow to cool and mix with the rest of the ingredients. 

This dressing works with many salads, but best is with an Asian style salad. Enjoy!
