  • 150 ml oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/3 red chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 20 ml sesame oil
  • 100 ml light soy sauce
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped

Try this tasty chili dressing which is easy to make and ready in a few seconds! 

Preparation

Put the garlic and red pepper and the oil in a small saucepan.  Let simmer for 2 minutes and remove from heat. Allow to cool and mix with the rest of the ingredients. 

This dressing fits with several salads, but the best is with an Asian style salad. Enjoy!
