  • Start by cutting off the tops of the bell peppers. Then, halve the peppers lengthwise. Remove the seeds and any white parts.
  • Slice the cucumber into strips.
  • Season the cream cheese with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the cream cheese on the bottom halves of the bell peppers.
  • Layer the ham, cheese, and cucumber strips on top of the cream cheese-covered pepper halves. Drizzle with mayonnaise according to your preference.
  • Add sprouts on top of the mayonnaise, then cap with the top halves of the bell peppers.
  • Serve with additional mayonnaise of truffle mayonnaise on the side, if desired.
