Imagine you are in one of the warmest days in summer and you just want something fresh to eat along with your cold lemonade or your favorite beer… Be careful, this recipe can make you an avocado addict!

Cut the garlic clove into small pieces (as much as you can). Now, dice the avocados into small cubes as well as the cherry tomatoes and the onion.
Now mix all in a bowl While mixing them, squeeze the lemon and pour the lemon juice into the bowl. Now add the coriander and the chopped chili and mixed again. Add salt to taste
Cut and wash your lettuce and decorate the corners of a flat plate with the leaves.
Pour your mix at the center of the plate and enjoy it!

Tips from the author

Remember, it is very important to know when the avocado is ripe enough. The “ready to eat” avocado is the one that is soft to the touch, like a soft kiwi or an orange.

Back in Mexico I used to eat this almost every weekend with my friends, while watching a soccer game or while having a good grill.
