• 1 head of Salanova crispy leaves

This is almost a classic flavour combo. The sweetness of apple with the hearty of nuts and cheese. It’s easy to prepare and packed with beautiful flavours. Perfect for lunch or dinner, with nice crusty bread.


First, cut the head of lettuce away from its root. Then, separate the leaves
Cut in apple in small cubes and drizzle lemon juice on top
To make the dressing: whisk together olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Bring to taste with salt and pepper  
To assemble the salad, place lettuce in a large bowl; top with apple, pecan nuts, and goat cheese. Pour the dressing on top of the salad and gently toss to combine
Serve immediately!

Tips from the author

This salad can be served in different ways, instead of apple use pear.  Or, instead of pecan nuts you can use (roasted) hazelnuts.
