Clean the strawberries and melon, cut the melon in large chunks.
Add all the ingredients in a blender until it's a smooth shake.
Pour into a large mug and add a straw.
Tips from the author
Instead of strawberries you can add raspberries and instead of melon you can use peach. To give it an extra twist use some fresh mint.
If you prefer a lactose free shake, add soy milk or add a whole melon and 10 more strawberries and a half cup of ice cold water.
