This exotic mango salsa is very easy to make. It goes well with street food like tacos, tortillas and hamburgers. As a snack with taco chips. Or if you prefer Asian style, top some grilled salmon or white fish with this aromatic mango salsa.
- Start with cutting the mango, onion, the red chilli and some coriander in a bowl and mix it together.
- Squeeze the juice out of the lime into a blender together with the olive oil and sugar and mix well.
- Combine the dressing with the mango mixture and your salsa is ready!
