Did you know you could grill water melon? It is important not too grill it too long as it will dry up. Besides the great taste, it also looks great on your plate!

Preparation

Heat a clean grill pan on the fire. Put olive oil on both sides of the watermelon slices. Put them in the grill pan.

After a few minutes, turn the watermelon slices 90 degrees. Do the same with the other side of the slices.

After grilling the water melon slices, put them on paper towels. Remove the surplus of oil with some paper towel and add sea salt, pepper and fresh olive oil to both sides. Serve with a slice of lemon and some mint.

Of course you can add some lettuce leaves or even some fish or squid!
