Kebabs are a great idea for a summer barbeque. Easy to assemble and fun to eat, these continental cucumber kebabs are a wonderful way to delight vegetarian and non-vegetarians alike!
Wash and cut the vegetables into required size and remember that slower cooking vegetables should be cut into smaller pieces than the fast cooking ones. Leave the skin on apple and Cucumber.
Thread vegetables onto skewers previously soaked in water. Remember to alternate colours.
Brush with melted butter and season to taste.
Cook on a hot plate turning and brushing with melted butter whilst cooking.
