Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli head
  • 200g ham
  • 1 small onion
  • 150g sunflower seeds
  • 1 carrot

Dressing ingredients

  • 150g yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper

Broccoli is a healthy and tasty vegetable. The yoghurt cream dressing fits brilliantly to the blanched broccoli. The ham and roasted sunflower seeds gives the salad a special kick. Be inspired!

Preparation

Cut broccoli into florets and blanch. Cut the ham into strips and chop the onion finely. Lightly roast the sunflower seeds and finely grate the carrot. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. For the dressing: blend the yoghurt, sour cream, sesame oil, honey and lemon juice and season with salt, pepper and lemon balm. Toss with the dressing just before serving.
