• 100 gr baby spinach
  • 2 nectarines
  • 10 blackberries
  • 10 little mozzarella balls
  • 10 (pear) tomatoes
  • 5 basil leaves, cut in stripes

Dressing ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of good green pesto
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil

We love a classic Caprese salad! In this salad we keep the basic ingredients and add some sweetness with nectarines and some extra salad leaves.

Wash and drain the spinach. Slice the nectarines and cut the tomatoes in halves. 
Add all the salad ingredients to a salad bowl. 
Prepare the dressing by mixing the pesto with olive oil. And sprinkle on the salad.
