• 3-4 chicory (witlof) heads
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 apples
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

Dressing ingredients

  • ½ tub of cream
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • acacia honey
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

I prepared a chicory salad (also called witlof) together with Peter. Fortunately, we had come across a recipe for a simple and tasty salad. So we enjoyed cooking. Check out the film!

Wash chicory and apples and cut into small pieces. Peel oranges and cut into pieces. Put chicory, apples, oranges and raisins in a large bowl.

For the dressing, mix cream, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, acacia honey and mustard and season to taste.

Pour the dressing over the salad, toss well. Roast pine nuts and sprinkle over the salad.
