Happy people enjoy eating good food together
I wanted to share some "green wisdom" from my own experience. By observing my daughter’s behaviour I discovered that it’s best not to prepare big plates full of vegetables or food in general because children may think: “Do I have to eat all that” and be easily put off. It’s better to offer a second plate, when the first is empty and your child is still hungry.
In a previous blog I also mentioned that it’s very important to eat the same food as much as possible and to eat together. This is true as how would you feel if you were served vegetable soup and the person next to you gets a hamburger and french fries!! Green wisdom: Happy people enjoy eating good food together.
