I supported Love My Salad promotions at 3 retails in 2 different cities in Indonesia so far. During those cooking demos I created and prepared the salads from the fresh fruit and vegetables, which came so good to the people that I also fell in love with salads. But as everybody knows, cooking is more fun and easy if you deal with such good fresh products!
Sharing knowledge and delight of cooking is one of my passions:
I joined Double Decker Deli Group in 2007 as Executive Chef & Operational Manager at Imbiss Stube, a German restaurant chain, in Cilandak Town Square Jakarta and I am a member of the Indonesian Chef Association. Abroad I supported Indonesian and Asian Food Festival events at Bali Restaurant in Shanghai and Srilanka as well.
Imbiss Stube is placed at the heart of Jakarta, where many expatriates works & live. Open from morning until midnight, providing “quick service” menus i.e. breakfast, appetizer, soup, homemade sausage, and salad.
