Tastes great as a side dish or as a main dish with fresh baguette!
Preparation
- Wash the thyme, let it dry and pluck off the leaves. Remove the gouda rind and cut the cheese into cubes.
- For the dressing: whisk the oil, the vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Drain the corn. Wash and dry the corn salad. Wash the spring onions and cut them in small rings.
- Mix the vegetables, add the gouda and drizzle the dressing on top.
