• 150g corn salad (lambs lettuce)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 100g corn
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 120g gouda

Dressing ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hazelnut oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • paprika

Tastes great as a side dish or as a main dish with fresh baguette!

  • Wash the thyme, let it dry and pluck off the leaves. Remove the gouda rind and cut the cheese into cubes.
  • For the dressing: whisk the oil, the vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Drain the corn. Wash and dry the corn salad. Wash the spring onions and cut them in small rings.
  • Mix the vegetables, add the gouda and drizzle the dressing on top.
