A simple salad that combines the salty and sweet flavours of corn salad, blue cheese (I used blue auvergne but any will do depending on your taste) and pieces of canned pears. Topped up with a honey-mustard dressing. Delicious!
Preparation
Place the corn salad on a plate, crumble pieces of cheese and top with the pears.
Make the dressing: a tablespoon of mustard, an equal amount of honey, some vinegar then stir and serve.
