Make a big impression with little effort: kohlrabi carpaccio!
Peel the kohlrabi. Cut the kohlrabi with a vegetable peeler into very thin slices. Divide the slivers on plates.
Cut the goat's cheese in thin slivers, using the vegetable peeler.
Make a dressing of walnut oil (or olive oil) and lemon juice and taste it with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle on the thyme and trickle on a little dressing.
