Amatérský kuchař

There's little I enjoy more than getting grubby in my veggie patch. I'm no Don Burke, but I get a great sense of satisfaction from being able to turn a small seed into a delicious meal for the family dinner table.

One of my favourite home-grown products is lettuce, especially cos and the salanova red coral. I love the look of the vibrant green and red leaves mixed together on a simple white plate.
