Colourful is healthy. I like 5 a day, which means eating 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day. That keeps us fit and is very tasty.
I also try to make my children enjoy veggies by arranging funny faces, cars, towers and mice on the plate. A rainbow makes children smile. I remember when I was a child I had to pick the vegetables for ratatouille and was already looking forward to the tasty meal.
