Ingredients

  • 150-200g of fresh or deep-frozen prawns or (shrimps)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/3 of cucumber
  • Most important: salad leaf mix (color and taste)
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Wok Teriyaki sauce

Dressing ingredients

  • 1/2 big spoon of French mustard
  • 1 big spoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 5 big spoon of Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dry basil leaves

This salad is one of my creations. With not so much in the fridge, I decided to use what I had available and make something out of it. And here we are with a delicious mixed salad with tasty prawns,fresh lettuce leaves and other veggies.

Preparation

First of all preparation of the salad. Present in a plate the mix salad together with some grated carrots and cucumber slices nicely.
Make sure to mix all the ingredient in a bowl. Once you’ve done it, you can start to shop some garlic in fine piece that will used later on for the prawns.
Prawns preparation: 10 min
Use a frying pan and warm up. Add some oil and start to cook the prawns. After couples of minutes add the slices garlic and some teriyaki wok sauce and the sun-dried tomatoes.
Make sure that prawns are well cooked and get some nice color.
Put on the top of your salad the prawns and get ready to have a flavor explosion in your mouth.. Voila!!
