This is a simple salad that we cook here as a small meal for the family. Auke from Holland.

Preparation

We serve it on a large plate for all guests. Potatoes with the skin in the microwave, then let it cool and cut into slices or quarters. Then, on the drive started with a layer of potatoes, on which is then placed the tuna with olive oil. All other ingredients are then placed on the tuna. With the exception of the green beans, which are served on the side. At the end the whole thing with the toasted pine nuts sprinkled (previously for one minute in a little oil fry). Then season with salt and pepper.
