  • 5 gr Sweet pepper ( 3 colours)
  • 1 gr Black olives
  • 1 gr Red onion rings
  • 10 gr Kyuri Cucumber
  • 10 gr Tomato wedges
  • Potato skin
  • 30 gr tuna

Dressing ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 gr fresh garlic - chopped
  • Seasoning salt & pepper
  • Truffle oil
  • 1 teaspoon French mustard
