Roast the red and green sweet peppers in the oven, to removing the skin we suggest to introduce the sweep peppers in a plastic bag, close it and then let it cool, so it will be easy to remove skin and seeds. Make them strip, peel two or three ripe tomatoes for each roasted peppers, (or one whole packing tomato), and cut it together with a couple of garlic cloves. Mix the tomatoes, the peppers into strips, garlic and olive oil, and salt and… Ready to enjoy it!
