This sweet and spicy pepper salsa is a natural match with both grilled meat and fish tacos. You could for example top your grilled steaks with the salsa for extra flavor. Or spoon the salsa on your grilled hotdog and make a real hotdog hottie! - Remove the stem, ribs and seeds of the sweet pointed peppers and dice into small pieces. Dice the onion in equally small pieces.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into small cubes and squeeze the lime.
- Mix the pepper pieces, red onion, jalapeño and tomatoes with the lime juice, cumin and olive oil in a medium bowl and season well with pepper and salt. Add the chopped fresh cilantro and mix with the salsa before serving.
