• Handfuls of fresh lettuce leaves, at least two kinds, (from your DIY garden if you can) As many as you can eat!
  • Cherry tomatoes (choose different colours if you like), at least 10
  • Cresses (micro vegetables), I use shiso purple
  • A beautiful vegetable oil with a pure flavour, I choose avocado oil, no more than a table spoon

Healthy salad in less than 2 minutes! Cut and wash the lettuce leaves and arrange them on a plate or bowl. top with cherry tomatoes cut in half. Lighlty drizzle or spray some oil for your dressing. Garnish with cresses or sprouts. Enjoy!
