This snacking salad is a great summer refresher, perhaps served as an appetiser at your next BBQ. The zest of lime juice and the salty feta really brings out the sweetness of the melon. Picking the best melon can be tricky, so here's a quick guide to assist you at the supermarket.

Preparation

  • Cut the melon and feta into cubes and add to the serving cups 
  • Top with a few mint leaves 
  • To finish, simply squeeze a wedge of lime over each cup and season with a pinch of salt
