The ingredients for this salad are so aromatic that no dressing is needed apart from some good oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Sear the meat at high temperature on both sides. Then put into pre-heated oven (140°) for 15 minutes. Take steak out of the oven and allow it to rest for some minutes.
Cut steak into strips.
Wash and clean corn salad and spin dry. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers and onion into bite-size pieces.
Fillet the orange. Chop walnuts coarsely. Dice gorgonzola cheese.
Put all ingredients on plates and sprinkle with some walnut or olive oil. Season to taste.
