Cut and wash the lettuce leaves - spin or pat dry.
Cut the carrot in thin slices
Peel the cucumber and the mango and cut into thin slices
Cut into small cubes the heart of palm
Mix everything together and season with the Guarana Vinaigrette
Add cashew nuts
How to make a Guardaná Vinaigrette:
Put the Guaraná(or the lime soda)in a blender and add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Blend eveything and add to the salad.
