I am in charge of a small canteen in a medium-sized company. There staff can order a salad three times a week. We prepare a different main course salad all the time and serve it with bread or bread rolls.

The salad presented here went down pretty well with my colleagues.

Cut the turkey breast into bit-size strips, fry and season to taste.
Lay cheese and ham slices on top of each other, roll together and cut.

Remove the base with one cut, and the lettuce is ready for use. It separates into same-size, ready-to-eat leaves. Wash and spin.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the pepper into strips.

Put the lettuce mix and sweet corn onto individual plates, put strips of turkey breast, the ham and cheese roll-ups and the pickled tomatoes on top of it.

Mix the olive oil and vinegar and season to taste. Sprinkle the dressing over the salad.
