I love this salad first of all because it is fresh and has a particular taste but also because of its colours!
My grandmother always prepares it and it´s delicious!
Remove the core of the radicchio, wash the leaves and cut them in little stripes. Use just the red part of the leaves because the white one is too hard and bitter for a salad.
Cut the apple and the walnuts in little pieces and put them into a bowl.
Put the radicchio stripes also into the bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamico vinegar. Mix everything together and the salad is ready!
