Once again a summer salad presented by Rossio in Delft. Sometimes a simple salad does the trick! Only 4 ingredients and a bit olive oil and vinegar.

Preparation

Slice the melon.Remove the outside leaves of the lettuce and give to the rabbit.Only use the fresh heart leaves of the lettuce and put this on the melon parts.Put some nice ham slices on the lettuce.Per person, use one small piece of Italian ham and add to the salad. The dressing:In a bowl, mix some olive oil with balsamic vinegar. Add pepper and salt. Mix in a bowl and pour over the salad. Add a little extra pepper and your done!
