Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of radishes, cut in quarters
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 onion, sliced into half rings
  • Sea salt to taste

Preparation

Mix the yogurt with the salt and the onions. Add the quartered radishes and lighty toss through then arrange on your serving plate. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve, share and enjoy!

This tasty snacking salad was created and served during the Hockey World Cup, hosted by The Netherlands in 2014, by the local greenhouses in the Westland area near The Hague.
