Tips from the author

This salad was submitted by Marie in France. She used Acacia honey from the French Alps, and fresh Provencal herbs from her garden (oregano / rosmary) to give the salad a wonderful "Provencal" flavour. The lettuce were the new baby sized leaf types that are becoming more popular. Makes 4 serves as a starter.
