  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 red and yellow chillies, chopped
  • 20 grams fresh (or dried) coriander
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

This exotic salsa is very easy to make.

Preparation

Start with cutting the mango, cucumber, onions, the red and yellow chilli and some coriander (dried or fresh) in a bowl and mix it together.

Squeeze the juice out of the lime and a shot of wine vinegar, the sugar to a blender and mix everything together.

When everything is mixed well, your salsa is ready to use.

This salsa salad is very nice served with fish or chicken.
