One day we asked Juanjo (a professional chef, from Almeri. Spain) to make a salad with things we had in the kitchen at the time. The result was this fresh and delicious salad that brings a bit of everything. Thank you Juanjo.
Just cut all the ingredients and put together (in order and without mixing) on a salad plate. Dress it with a generous serve of good quality extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt & pepper.
