Ingredients

  • 1 green salad tomato
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • some leaves of lettuce (he used green Salanova)
  • some corn salad
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 spoons of corn
  • 2 chives
  • 1/2 Spanish cucumber
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 fillet of smoked tuna
  • 1 fillet of smoked salmon
  • 3-4 anchovies
  • 1 fillet of smoked bacon
  • 50 gr goat cheese

Dressing ingredients

  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

One day I asked Juanjo (a professional chef, friend of mine) make a salad with things I had in the kitchen at the time. The result was this fresh and delicious salad that brings a bit of everything. Thank you Juanjo.

Preparation

Just cut all the ingredients and put together (in order and without mixing) on a salad plate. Dress it with a generous serve of good quality extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt & pepper.
