The favourite of the Jászvega growers from Hungary. Enjoy this typical Hungarian Salad. Great to serve as the main dish!
Wash and clean the lettuce then dice it into medium rough pieces. Wash all the vegetable ingredients. Chop them into thin (not too thin) quarter circles and circles, the peeled beetroot into thin sticks and the cabbage into noodles. Quarter the baby plum tomatoes. Slice the bacon into cubes, the sausages into small cylinders, and the plates of chuck into squares half as big as made from lettuce. If you chose salmon, noodles will be more decorative. Don’t mix the meat with fish, use them separately.
Mix all the vegetables together, top them with bacon, rings of sausages, and the thin plates of pork chuck (or instead of these the noodles of salmon). Finally chop the chives and parsley into tiny pieces, throw it to the top of the all, sprinkle it with some drops of olive oil if so. No need to use additional salt, as the bacon or the salmon is salted enough.
