Habanero cookies with lemon. Something different with chilies.


Put the flour, butter, eggs and the sugar together and knead it well.
Warm the oven on 165 degrees Celsius and let the paste cool down. Start now with cutting the Habaneros in little pieces and put this together with the rasp skin of the 2 lemons in a bowl.

Get now the paste and mix it very well with the pieces habanero and lemon.
Use for making the cookies a figure for making these cookies.
Bake it for about 20 minutes in the oven.
