This is a great salad wrap that is made with a mix of green leaves such as green frill, red leaf lettuce, iceberg lettuce and frisee.
On a piece of flatbread (tortilla, pita, roti or similar) place a layer of all your wonderful fresh salad leaves. Add some slices of mango and diced apple, a few garlic croutons and Parmesan cheese. Top with microgreens of red cabbage and Amaranth, plus some delicious and fragrant "tagete" (marigold petals)
Finish with a little of your favourite salad dressing then wrap and enjoy - or just serve open on the plate!
