I made this beautiful tasty "Florentine" salad for everybody visiting us at the Love my Salad stand during the Hortitec fair in Brazil. Everybody liked it, give it a try!

Preparation

Just wash the spinach and the tomatoes, chop the onion and the gorgonzola cheese. Mix all ingredients together and serve with Dijon mustard vinaigrette. How to make the Dijon mustard vinaigrette: Mix together lemon juice, Dijon mustard salt and pepper. If you think it is too sour, add a little honey.
