Dressing ingredients
- 5 saffron threads
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 15 gr fresh coriander

If you are looking for a Christmas salad dressing, this fancy recipe is perfect with just about any salad. Rich in flavours and textures and easy to make in advance.
Preparation
Soak saffron threads in 1,5 tablespoon of hot water for an hour. Whisk the saffron water with olive oil, lemon juice honey, crushed garlic and chopped shallot in a bowl. Before serving the dressing add the fresh coriander.
