A nutritious salad is perfect for dinner and part of a healthy diet. This English salad is a family favourite and combines fresh celery, apple, grapes with tasty smoked chicken served on a bed of lettuce leaves.
Separate the chicken from the skin and bones. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the apple into cubes, place in a large bowl and squeeze over with the lemon juice.
Then add the sliced celery, grapes, chopped walnuts and mix together.
Tear or break the lettuce leaves and arrange them as a generous layer covering your serving plate/s then add the prepared vegetables followed by the smoked chicken.
Whisk the dressing ingedients and pour over the salad just before serving.
