Preparation

1. Pan-fry the endive with some extra virgin olive oil and the chilli. 2. In the meantime melt the butter in a pan and fry the chicken's breast slices covered with flour, till they will reach a nice golden colour. Flavour with salt and pepper, add the curry melt in the cream and let it boil till you get a thick sauce. 3. Using a small cake tin, put the endive in form of a flan, making a hole in the center, where you will put the chicken's slices. 4. Cover with the curry sauce and serve warm.
