Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 250 g cucumber
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 200 ml apple juice

Preparation

At first peel the kiwi and cut the fruit into pieces. Wash the cucumber and peel if desired. Afterwards wash, dry and slice the mint leaves into small strips. Put all ingredients including the apple juice into the blender and stir it well.
