Ingredients for 4 people:
Cut Chinese cabbage in halves and remove core. Then cut into thin strips. Wash and spin dry. Drain mandarins in a colander and save the juice. For the dressing, mix yogurt, mandarin and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt & pepper (or a little curry powder if you like) Mix with Chinese cabbage and walnuts and carefully add mandarins and toss well. If you like you can add small cheese cubes or strips of cooked ham. Let the salad stand for 20 minutes and add some more seasoning if needed.
