This is a great recipe to prepare for your next party. The sweet and sour combination of tomato and melon is hard to resist.

Preparation

Simply, cut the golden honeydew melon into cubes 1.5 to 2 cm thick. Then, cut the cherry tomatoes lengthwise in half. Transfer the cherry tomatoes and the melon cubes to a large bowl, pour in the olive oil and sprinkle sea salt over the fruits. Mix gently. Take a cube of Gold Honeydew Melon, put a mint leaf on top and place half a cherry tomato on the mint leaf and then fasten together with a cocktail stick. Serve on a nice plate and enjoy!!
