This delicious salad tastes best with a fresh bread roll, buttered if you wish. It is a perfect idea for a light supper served on a terrace in the summer.


Wash the lettuce carefully, and tear it. Peel the carrot and cut into 10cm-long strips. Wash and slice yellow pepper, chop into small pieces. Cut smoked salmon into thin slices. Halve cherry tomatoes. Mix all ingredients with the rocket leaves. Put the carrot on top and arrange in the shape of a flower. Finally, add garlic dressing. Serve with ciabatta bread. Enjoy!
