New taste, colourful, healthy salad and easy to prepare. Its colours make it look lively and sunny like a refreshing drink on summer holidays: the yellow of the mango from sub-tropical places like Kenya, the dark red of the pomegranate from the Mediterranean climates like Turkey and the nice bright red of the carrot from temperate climates such as Poland. Creamy garlic dressing gives this salad a final twist.
Preparation
Cut the carrots into long thin strips and put them on a plate. Do the same with the mango. Peel the orange, cut it into slices, and cut the slices in half. Sprinkle pomegranate arils on top. Finally, add garlic dressing. It is also easy to make: take natural yoghurt, add a pinch of salt, and press a clove of garlic. It can’t be easier. Enjoy!
