Nice and tasty salad as a snack or main dish!
Slice the cloves of garlic in thin slices, pour 1 dl olive oil together with the sliced garlic in a pan. Heat the pan until the slices of garlic are starting to change color. Scoop them out of the pan and put them on a sheet of paper.
Mix the mustard with the orange juice and slowly mix it with the olive oil. Season with pepper and salt.
Put the lettuce leaves on 4 plates. Add the haricots beans and snow peas to every plate. Sprinkle the dressing over the plates. Add the garlic and put on every salad 3 fillets of anchovy.
Finish with some extra pepper!
